On Saturday 17^th October 2009 Wycombe Phoenix Harriers hosts its 6^th  annual cross country races for schools in the Wycombe area.  The venue is Hughenden Park very close to High Wycombe town centre.

Races are for junior and senior schools.  The junior school races are for years 5 and 6 pupils, boys and girls.  The senior schools races are for all school years, boys and girls.  Entry is free and schools may enter as many pupils as they wish.  Though typically the first three from each school count in the team event. Please note that due to the high number of entries expected in the junior school races, we are imposing a close date for junior school entries.

Hughenden Park is a superb and popular venue for cross country races and regularly hosts championship events. The next one is the Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire County Cross Country Championships in January.  The courses are a mix of parkland, hills and some water!  Viewing by spectators is superb!

participate, the entry forms, the race timetable and a map of the courses. Race results will also be added soon after the event. Schools entering athletes will receive an e-mail confirming their entry and start times.
