Looking to use the track or facilities?

Wycombe Phoenix Harriers offers specific athlete based coaching to members only. To use the track or facilities for any other reason please contact Serco (who manage the track)

For athletes under 11, you may need to wait a year before being invited to train.

Due to the long waiting list for FUNdamentals (8 to 10 year olds), training will only be offered to athletes from 9 years old, although you may join the waiting list from 8 years old.

Joining requests for siblings or children of existing members (parents/carers) can continue to apply (and will be offered training from 9 years old when space is available).

Joining requests are logged by date, as most places are allocated in date order. If you have an enquiry, please reply to your original joining enquiry email instead of using this form.

If you have several family members wishing to join, please complete separate joining enquiries and mention they are related.

Waiting Lists

WPH is a highly sought-after club, thus many squads maintain a waiting list, with waiting times spanning from a week to several months.

Athletes under 13 are generally taken into the club during the September and the February half term break. Although coaches may also take on new athletes sporadically throughout the year.

For enquiries about joining the club, please provide:

Juniors must be 8 years old to join the waiting list.
Please correct the date of birth or come back after your child's 8th birthday.
Talent Pathway for High Performance Athletes

To be considered as a priority on our waiting list, a link to your Power of 10 or Parkrun results must be provided with your 'Athletics Experience'. (See our Membership page.). If you have results, but no "Power of 10" page please create one and refer to it.
