Car Parking
There is no car parking at the track itself or the leisure centre. The address of the Leisure centre is Bar End Road, Winchester, SO23 9NR.
All participating athletes, officials and support staff except those with blue badges (who should indicate accordingly by email reply) should park in the nearby Barfield park & ride (SO23 9PH) and take a short walk across the leisure centre car park. This has the added benefit of being free of charge on Sundays.
For those that have not been to the Winchester track before, there is no stand or shelter so please come prepared with your own seats, tents etc. There is plenty of grass space around the track. There is also no refreshments apart from a vending machine for Tea, Coffee and another one for snacks, so again please come prepared with your own supplies
Winchester is thrilled after a 2 year break to host a full YDL match with no restrictions and look forward to a great day of athletics.
