We urgently need a minutes secretary for committee meetings. It’s a great way of finding out more about the club and what goes on behind the scenes. It’s a vital role but not a huge time commitment, most of which is “offline”. The committee meets once every two or three months. The minute secretary prepares and circulates the agenda in consultation with the Chair about a week before the meeting, attends the meeting (usually on Monday evenings) and circulates minutes and actions about a week after.
