UK Counties Athletics Union (UKCAU)

The UKCAU organises a number of national inter-county competitions, the main ones of which are the Inter-County Track & Field Championships and the Inter-Counties Cross Country Champs. Entry to these competitions are based on selection to the county team by the county selectors.

  • UKCAU Cross Country Inter Counties Champs – Incl Cross Challenge Final

    This a national cross country competition between county teams. Selection to the Bucks team is made by the county selector based on performances in previous races, but primarily the County Championships in January.

  • SAL 5 – Thurrock

    The Southern Athletics League (SAL) is the main track and field competition for the club's senior athletes, U17s and U20 athletes may also compete.
